Depression, trauma, and weight management are my three specialties because of both my personal and professional background. My approach is grounded in a wellness perspective. When we take time to heal our mental health, I know that the physical will follow. Whether you have difficulty getting out of bed in the morning, limiting chocolate, or overcoming those triggers I am here to help. I support clients in being well mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and relationally. I utilize techniques from CBT, DBT, Client-Centered, EMDR, Solution Focused. Listening, authenticity, trust, laughter, and encouragement are qualities I bring to the therapeutic relationship. Clients often express that I am easy to talk to and empathetic. Reaching out is both the hardest and best step we can take for our mental health. Let's work together to see you become the best version of yourself.
