I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in Missouri with over 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. My preferred pronouns are he, him, and his.
I work with clients with a variety of concerns such as relationships, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ specific concerns, polyamory issues, grief and loss, low self-esteem/lack of confidence, and communication problems. It is my priority to create a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes growth and positive change. I use a variety of approaches, such Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness strategies to address clients' unique needs.

Therapy is a process that can move you toward being the healthiest version of yourself and living the life you desire.
