I am licensed in Georgia with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & career difficulties. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe in helping each person achieve their own goals and walking with them rather than directing them. I am direct with each person I work with but will always treat my clients with respect and unconditional acceptance. I sometime bring my geeky nature into therapy. Do we need to explore your identity I developed a Star Trek based intervention to help with that.
