Christopher Armbruster is a licensed professional counselor providing behavioral health services to children and adults. He has a vast array of clinical interests; however, his expertise includes anxiety, ADHD, stress management, depression, mood disorder, substance abuse, behavioral disorders, relationships issues, coping skills, and anger management. Christopher has always been interested and fascinated by the reasons for people’s decisions and the consequences as a result of their choices. This curiosity has guided and fueled his passion and desire to study the mind and its mental processes. Christopher follows a client-centered approach of care to promote a healthier and spiritually balanced life by exploring the patient’s mental landscape. Fun fact: Christopher once drove from Florida to New Jersey without stopping once! He also loves to play basketball and other major sports.
