I have over twenty years of experience in health and wellness. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work (MSW) from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. I also hold a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. I am a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), a Certified Mindfulness-Informed Clinician and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

I believe that life is a journey and sometimes we encounter obstacles on that journey. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to partner with you to achieve your individual goals. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress and work-life integration.
