Ms. Christina Manning, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual therapy with children, adolescents, and adults as well as family and couple’s therapy. Ms. Manning brings a wealth of experience treating various disorders including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, school refusal, family/marriage conflict, substance use/addiction, behavioral issues, veteran-related experiences, and change of life issues (i.e., divorce, college). Ms. Manning operates from multiple therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with the focus of all sessions being solely on helping the client achieve their personalized goals. Ms. Manning’s has worked in several settings including psychiatric inpatient and outpatient settings where she served in supervisory positions on the Community Service Board where she was a strong advocate for her patients. Ms. Manning works diligently to establish a strong rapport with her patients and believes in a collaborative care model to ensure that her client’s develop healthy and effective coping skills to manage stressors to live a happier and more fulfilled life.
