I am licensed therapist in Florida with over 15 years of professional work experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I am EMDR trained and work with children, teens and adults. My therapy style and approach draw influence from Gestalt, Cognitive-Behavioral, Mindfulness and Reality based theories. My interventions include client-centered, motivational interviewing, thought restructuring, and mind/body connecting. I have extensive experience with Trauma, Addiction, Self Esteem/Confidence, Anxiety, Anger, ADD/ADHD, and Depression. I chose to be a therapist when I realized that people’s thoughts, feelings, and actions are rooted in their self-concept and it made sense for me to help with the pain, to be a supporter and cheerleader.
