Hi! My name is Christina. I have been practicing as a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina for the past four years. I have worked with clients with primarily depression, anxiety, life transitional issues, and relationship issues. My counseling style is welcoming and nonjudgmental. I believe in treating anyone with respect and compassion. My approach is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution Focused Therapy. I am here to create an open dialogue and cater your treatment plan to your specific needs.
