What should your client know about you? I am a multicultural, compassionate and non-judgmental licensed professional counselor and thought partner who regards you as an individual in the context of YOUR environment and experiences - and I work with you to set and achieve your goals. What is your approach to therapy? My work includes a client-centered approach as I realize no two individuals are alike. I work with families, couples, and individuals. I practice with solution-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy and I am Certified in Hypnotherapy and EMDR trained. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I help clients take stock of what is working and what can benefit from additional attention. I encourage clients to avoid self-defeating beliefs and escape criticism, blame, and complaints that distort their mental and emotional wellbeing.
