Hello! Thank you for making yourself a priority and beginning to reach out for mental health support. It is not always an easy thing to do, but it is very important! Life can be stressful and it is nice to have someone to help guide you towards ways to improve your emotional well-being.

I am a Kentucky Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 7 years of experience. I graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2014 with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. I have worked in a community center, inside many schools, and on a military installation. My clients' ages have ranged from preschool to late adulthood and we have worked together on improving mood, decreasing anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, daily stressors, and much more.

My therapeutic approach includes techniques from client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I am non-judgmental, open-minded, and supportive. I will work with you to explore your feelings as well as identify and improve unhealthy thinking patterns and coping strategies. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals!
