As a licensed professional counselor, I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families concerning a variety of mental health, interpersonal and behavioral problems as part of a private practice primarily guided by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I assist clients with anxiety and depression issues; marital and relational problems; and transitional life adjustments. My practice includes specializations in trauma-based clinical issues including childhood abuse, sexual assault, and other forms of PTSD. Furthermore, I have worked extensively with military families. I am excited to begin!
