I understand that asking for help can be scary and difficult for any person. Putting your trust in others can be unnerving. I would like to be a calming force in the storm for you. I work with adolescents and young adults working through their current periods of their lives and for the future endeavors. This time period in your life is so pivot for the framework for their future. You could be graduating from school, starting a career or starting a family. In this practice, we work with clients on generational trauma, trauma response, generalized anxiety, codependency, communication issues and adjustment issues.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Louisiana working professionally in the community mental health field since 2015 I received my masters of social work degree from Louisiana State University in 2015.

My treatment approach is very eclectic so it is able to best suit the needs of the clients. I used techniques from several different therapies to help the client feel and become the person that they are striving to become. I like to be straight forward but in a kind and approachable manner.
