I am also a licensed professional counselor in the state of Colorado and a nationally certified therapeutic recreation specialist. I received my Bachelors in Recreational Therapy and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from East Carolina University and have been practicing for 7 years. I help individuals who are having difficulty dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma navigate their symptoms and the world around them. I work with individuals as young as 9 years old.
