I am licensed in Missouri with 11 years of professional work experience. I am trained and experienced in providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as having a certification in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). I have experience helping clients with trauma and abuse, depression, self harm, addictions, LGBTQ+ related issues, and stress and anxiety. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
