I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida and Georgia with over ten years of experience providing therapy. During my career, I have worked with a wide range of clients in a community mental health setting. My special areas of interest include depression, anxiety, stress management, compassion fatigue, & career difficulties. I use a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share your goals and hopes for the future.
We will also explore any physical issues that might have a negative impact on your mental health, including weight loss support, chronic pain issues, diabetes management, and cardiac health support.
