Greetings!
My name is Courtney I am a LCSW with over 25 years of experience working in community; institutional and facility based mental health/ substance use disorder programs. I have worked with a variety of populations with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder ADHD and issues surrounding sexuality, sexual identity, kink , fetishes and non-monogamy. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My therapy style is warm ,interactive, client centered and solution focused. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral, Motivational (Interviewing), Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. I will tailor your therapy and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
