I'm Charlie Cummins - From personal and professional experience, I understand how destructive emotions affect relationships, health, and career decisions. I can help you learn skills to manage Depression, Anxiety and Anger.

I have worked with thousands of clients and can help you change yourself, your relationships and your career. You’ll form a partnership with someone who has walked down the path with many others before. Our relationship will be collaborative and based on mutual respect. It’s not my place to judge you. Instead, we’ll focus on creating the changes you want to see in your life.
