Welcome!! I have been a licensed therapist for 15 years. In addition to my counseling degree, I hold a masters degree in education.

Most clients define their reason for seeking therapy as wanting more from life. They will have experienced anxiety, stress and depression from work, parenting, relationships, and other life stressors. They have various barriers to getting past the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that stall them from growing as individuals and in relationships. We work together to get to the core of these issues allowing forward progress to a more fulfilling life of purpose and direction.
