Dr. Charisse Diaz has 16 years of experience in the mental health field. Dr. Diaz specifically specializes in the treatment of anxiety related disorders including generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, trichotillomania, and excoriation disorder. Dr. Diaz primarily relies on behavioral activation, mindfulness-based interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, and habit reversal training. She tailors her treatment individually to each patient.
