We will set goals and assess and revise them along the way. I believe in the therapeutic process and want to help you become your best self. I will be using my 22 years of experience to work for you.
I use evidence-based interventions to create a safe therapeutic environment that is conducive to growth and healing. An eclectic blend of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Client-Centered, and Positive Therapy are my treatments of choice. I will be providing weekly 'therapy boosts', that will be tailored information and opportunities to reflect and work on issues between sessions.
