Yes, life is tough but so are you! Everyone desires to enjoy life by being happy and healthy, both physically and mentally, while achieving their life goals; whatever those goals may be. More often than not, it is not always easy to achieve those desires, due to everyday stressors which can sometimes cause distractions. I am dedicated to assist you with overcoming those stressors, by creating healthier strategies that you can implement into your daily life.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I have over 4 years of experience providing quality services to adults, children, youth and families on a wide range of areas including depression, stress and anxiety, life changes and communication. My counseling style is warm and inviting while my goal is to provide a nonjudgmental and safe environment. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered and solution focused.

I say all of this to say, I know it was difficult to make the decision to seek therapy and that demonstrates a great deal of courage.
