I am a licensed mental health counselor in the Florida for over 5 years. I have work with clients with various mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, ADHD, autism and abuse.
My therapy involves identifying motivations and barriers to change and exploring intersectionality ( i.e sexuality, gender identity,) through the lens of mental health care. I utilized a humanistic existential approach to care which involves compassion, respect and sensitivity. Additionally, my approach involves cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic interventions.
