Hi I am Channing! Are you looking for a safe place to discuss your feelings, past experiences, and current desires to change? I allow my clients a safe place to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while giving them solutions to foster a better relationship with themselves and others. I love helping clients explore why they do the things they do and make sense of unhealthy patterns in their life. I have worked with eating disorders, addictions, and various mental health issues in the past. Together we identify what you have a desire to work on and come up with solutions to help.
