Welcome to my profile! I am a Board Certified (NCC) Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, passionate about guiding and assisting my clients to exploring and identifying new paths to emotional and mental health and wellness. I received my Undergraduate Degree from Villanova University in 1999, and my Masters in Clinical Counseling from Wake Forest University in 2018. I am an Army Veteran who remains passionate in providing person centered therapeutic interventions in the areas of PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Conflict, Addictions and Substance Use Disorders, and Trauma. I practice from the belief and perspective that my client is the EXPERT of their story, and I am humbled and honored to be the guide in assisting them to get back on the path to wellness. I utilize an eclectic approach of CBT, DBT, MI, and Family Systems/Attachment theoretical interventions in my practice to facilitate treatment. Living in South Florida, I am an avid Ocean and Beach lover! I also enjoy road cycling, reading, paddle boarding and adventuring to new places in the state and beyond with my two children. I remain honored to be a professional mental health therapist and look forward to working with you in addressing your current concerns.
