I am a licensed therapist that focuses on ways to process and improve your daily challenges with symptoms from depression, anxiety, stress, hopelessness, bipolar and schizophrenic disorders. I am here to walk the journey with you as you discover ways to build the best versions of yourself. My journey as a clinician began 20 years ago working with children and families in foster care systems. From there, I have worked in outpatient and inpatient psychiatric settings with multiple mental health diagnoses and provided care to thousands. My focus and specialty are adults with mood and psychotic disorders and assisting to reduce symptoms and improve daily functions.
