About
I am a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience working as a therapist and mental health director. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, severe mental illness and trauma. I have worked with a varied population although I typically focus on working with adults. Most of my work of late has been with the adult inmate population.
My counseling style is warm, interactive, direct, and honest. I believe in treating all with respect, compassion, and dignity. My approach is eclectic, combining cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, brief solution focused, and psychodynamic counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
