My approach is person-centered, holistic, and non-judgmental, and I work collaboratively to create trust and safety in our space and time together. In our sessions, you will develop coping strategies that will increase your confidence and resilience, and I will support you in becoming your authentic self, increasing your foundational self-esteem, exploring past trauma, and/or changing your thoughts or perspective. One of my specialties is providing trauma informed care to those leaving high control environments, victims of religious trauma, and those escaping cults.
I believe that everyone can benefit from the self-care that therapy provides, and I am excited to work with you through life transitions, situational stressors, and whatever unpredictable hurdles may arise.
