Hello!

I hope that I am able to help you in your therapeutic choice. I am a strong believer in therapy providing support and connection, as well as a way to learn healthy skills to help with manage daily stressors.

I received my Associate’s degree in Early Child Development, my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health. I am currently working on my doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. I am licensed through New York State, which means meeting the educational expectations of the field, as well as continuing my education to maintain my licensing. I have experience working with clients from age 12 and above. I have experience working with those that struggle from addiction and eating disorders, as well as other mental health diagnoses. I am trained to work with those struggling with different traumas, where I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I take a Person-Centered approach to my work. The clients that I work with are seen as individuals and their treatment is individualized to them based on culture, beliefs, and needs.

I look forward to getting to know you, and helping you through any struggles or difficulties you may be experiencing. I understand that it can be difficult to speak with someone that is a stranger. We will take the time to get to know one another, to build a healthy therapeutic relationship that will allow space for you to be comfortable, feel supported and heard.
