Welcome!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri. I have 8 years of experience working with youth and adolescents as a School Counselor. While my main expertise is with younger people, I have worked with parents, colleagues, and other adults who are on their own journey of self help. I have worked with clients on a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self harm, self-esteem issues, loss of a loved one, relationship issues, different forms of trauma, and ADHD.

As a counselor, I want my clients to feel welcome and accepted. I try to provide a warm safe environment for people to be themselves and to tell their story. My approach is usually very person-centered. Tailoring my approach to fit each client is, in my opinion, a very important part of the therapeutic process. Your experience, while it may be similar to others, is unique and special. I want to be your partner on your way to self discovery, and helping you to use tools you already have in your everyday life, but may not be aware of.
