Hi! I am a licensed therapist in the state of Georgia and have been in practice for over 5 years. I have worked with many clients during different life seasons. I have experience working with clients ages 2 and up with anxiety, relationship issues, depression, parenting/family issues, life changes and trauma. As a therapist, I want to empower you or your child to become the best version of yourself and thrive in life. My passion is in helping others create harmony in their lives so that they can live a fulfilled life. The most important step in therapy is to establish a trusting and empathetic relationship with my client. I want you to feel welcome and safe while we go on this journey together. I use a holistic approach and combine my experience in strengths-based therapy, solution focused therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, and attachment based therapy to thoughtfully create your treatment plan with you. It is important to me that you are heard and that your needs are clearly communicated so that we can work together to reach your goals.
