Hello and thank you for getting to know me. I am a person first just as you are and will be treated as such. I grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and have been fascinated with curiosity of why we act the way we do, which includes our life story. I have had over 18 years of professional work history, with over 9 years of in home, behavioral, clinical and tele-med experience. My approach is collaborative with you in your goals and management of life stressors. My goal is that you feel heard, feel understood, and fully accepted as who you were, who you are, and who you would like to be. Now that I’ve introduced myself as a person, my philosophy, how I came to be, I would also add I’m a licensed professional Psychotherapist, with life and work experience. I firmly think that the choice of who you work is yours, and I would welcome working with you in understanding yourself, your life story, and who you’re becoming.
