Welcome, I have been in practice since 2005. I specialize in anxiety and depression, and I utilize CBT to help clients manage them to have a better quality of life. If you have experienced, anxiety, depression, or trauma-related symptoms, you will learn practical skills to manage responses. I have experience working in community mental health and hospice care. I have an array of experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, mood disorders, anger management, borderline personality disorder, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I provide counseling to clients that are experiencing substance abuse-related issues in conjunction with mental health concerns. My goal is to help you find healing and hope through any substance abuse or mental health-related issue. I offer Individual Counseling, Family Counseling, Couples Counseling, Pre-Marital, and Marital Counseling. If you would like to incorporate a Christian-based perspective in your counseling sessions, this is something I am able to integrate into your sessions. By building on your strength and confidence, you will begin to create a life for yourself where you feel empowered and fulfilled in the way that you desire. My hope is that through our work together, you will feel more empowered to approach and achieve the goals you choose to focus on. Counseling sessions can be held in person at our office in Ormond Beach or Online Telehealth Counseling is available through a Secure HIPAA Compliant Video platform. I offer daytime and evening appointments to support your busy schedule. If I am not in-network with your insurance, we are able to provide you a detailed receipt. You may be able to submit the receipt to your insurance for partial reimbursement. It is best to contact your health insurance directly to ask questions related to behavioral health benefits.
