I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I received my Master's degree from Stetson University and have been practicing for 5 years. If you are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, family conflicts, relationship issues, anger, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, trauma, grief and loss, or difficulty adjusting to other life changes, I am here to help. My approach is one of collaboration using modalities such as; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Existentialism, Trauma-Based practice, and Person-Centered therapy to help individuals achieve their therapy goals. Taking the steps to a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, I am here to support you in that process.
