I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) & Personal Empowerment Coach with 10 years of professional experience.
My approach is framed from a strength based perspective, "what's well with you" not "what's wrong with you".
Re-connecting to the "authentic self" helps Identify the unique strengths one contains to challenge and manage their issues. I often utilize personal growth tools to help clients address their concerns from a "broaden and build" perspective. When life's challenges require more of you than you feel able to produce, growth is often required to process through the issues. Utilizing your identified strengths often yields an expanded capacity which results in growth & change.
My experience with challenging numerous life transitions (in my personal and professional life) makes me the 'transitions expert!". With the empowerment I have acquired from conquering my own challenges, I can now effectively address other's concerns. I am equipped to address my client's impact of loss, insecurities, change and adaptation, from an empathetic and sympathetic perspective. I help clients achieve lasting outcomes by employing the professional training and life experience I have earned. With my broad perspective of concepts, strategies, tools and understanding of the unique coaching/ counseling required; I provide insight to help clients achieve purpose and fulfillment.
