I am licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. I am also a registered art therapist. I have worked in the mental health field for 25 plus years. I have experience in helping clients learn to manage stress, anxiety and depression. I have worked extensively with relationship issues, family conflicts and parenting concerns. I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My therapeutic style is supportive and warm. I encourage and value interaction and will strive to support and empower each individual. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
