Making a decision to work with a personal counselor can be a little daunting. Getting the right fit in a counselor and finding the right form of communication is essential to building an environment of confidentiality, openness and safety in order to achieve your goals. In my 25 years as a health care executive and 17 years as a licensed counselor in the State of Michigan I have learned that creating a safe environment is essential for meaningful communication and personal progress. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
