I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia, and I have almost 4 years experience working in providing psychotherapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, couples counseling, parenting, occupational therapy, ADHD, ADD, ODD, OCD, etc. I have also worked with those enduring family violence, physical trauma, and emotional abuse.

My counseling style is interactive, and I believe it is best to view therapy as a collaboration between myself and those I work with. Respect and compassion are also very important to me during the counseling process, and I am aware that therapy can be a stressful event for those struggling with emotional hardships. My approach is cognitive-behavior therapy and I tailor our conversations and treatment plan help you create goals, coping strategies for difficult situations, and resources needed during the process.
