My name is Carmen Bessant, and I am a minister and licensed Family and Marriage Therapist. I understand the intricate workings of a relationship and that they take work. When the work is done daily and intentionally the relationship with self, spouse, children, extended family, and friends is well worth it. I utilize humor, Narrative theory, Solutions Focused, Cognitive Behavior Theory, and Strategic Theory to help guide you through the growth process. I help couples realize their potential in finding the love they are looking for and reconnecting with each other on a more intimate and practical application. I assist couples in finding their strengths and building on this to aid them in regaining what they had and developing tools and a plan to move forward. I work with individuals to build on what is inside of them to stand strong in their own resolve in the direction they want to take. I apply a practical application of the word along with behavioral modifications to assist all clients with making better healthier choices for the life they want to have.
