When applicable, I also utilize logotherapy and existential analysis to help my clients find meaning and fulfillment in their lives. My focus I work collaboratively with my clients to assist them in exploring their identities, establishing independence and self-advocacy, navigating complex relationships, clarifying career paths, and realizing personal aspirations.
