Rebecca uses evidence-based treatments to support client healing, development, and growth. Warmth and empathy undergird her practice, along with a profound respect for individuals seeking health and fulfillment in an increasingly sophisticated modern world. She's a graduate of Northwestern University’s 2+ M.A. Counseling program at The Family Institute in Evanston, an intensive three-year program for career changers. Rigorously trained in psychodynamics and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and a lifelong resident of Chicagoland, Rebecca works with adults to provide solutions-focused integrative mental health care. Rebecca also holds an M.A. in English Literature from DePaul University and has worked in publishing.
