Cara Helsel, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, (LCSW), received her undergraduate degree in Human Relations from High Point University, North Carolina and then pursued her Masters of Social Work Degree from Barry University. Ms. Helsel has spent the last 14 years providing individual, family, and marital counseling in various practices across Metro Atlanta. She has helped children, teens, and adults, work through stressful life transitions to achieve a happier emotional state. Ms. Helsel believes that the connection between therapist and client is the most important aspect of the clinical relationship.
