Many people don’t fully understand how much mental health plays a big role in your daily life. Adjustments in your life, i.e., the death of a loved one, job loss, separation, divorce, relationship issues, a diagnosis of chronic disease, or trauma can incite racing thoughts, anxiety, depression, or anger. As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and help you reach your full potential. Individual clients are provided with an open, supportive, and confidential environment – essential to address the issues that are concerning them. Each client session has a tailored approach to the individual and their unique circumstances, all in order to help them discover solutions to the situations or stressors that they are facing.I help couples gain skills that will empower them to communicate their grid-locked issues by determining needs, re-gaining trust, and breaking down communication barriers.
