Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Michigan. During the past nine and a half years of my practice, I have worked with a wide variety of concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, identity development, grief/loss, and chronic illness. My approach with client's is primarily relational. It is rooted in respect and curiosity about who you are, what has shaped you and what you want your life to look like in the future. I also pull from evidenced based methods including CBT, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Therapy and Interpersonal Neurobiology.

I think it takes a lot of courage to seek counseling. I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story.
