I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 6 years of experience in the mental health field working with a broad range of clients and patients. I spent nearly two years working with children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder through applied behavioral analysis and completed my Master of Arts in Counseling with Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, which means that I engage in a blend of multiple theoretical approaches, primarily pulling from psychodynamic and psychoanalytical influences of treatment to help navigate the foundation of what you may be going through. It is important to examine the sources of our problems, no matter what they may be. My goal and purpose is to help you to identify and address your particular concerns to empower you with your own solutions and coping strategies.
