My name is Busola,I am a First Gen Nigerian American. Through the process of acculturation, changing careers and transitioning to motherhood, I have experienced an array of challenges in my personal life. Going to therapy myself has provided me with great support, and has allowed me to be resilient. Going through transitions in life can be immensely challenging, and at times you might feel lost or defeated. Transitions are not all bad, it can be very rewarding. As you navigate through different seasons in your life, it’s ok to ask for help along the way. I can support you on this journey.
