I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with 9 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations.
I am trained in various treatment modalities which allow me to tailor treatment specific to the needs of my patients. As an eclectic therapist, I utilize combinations of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior and psycho educational techniques. I specialize in treating adolescents, adults, couples and families to address issues such as trauma, addictions, and co-occurring disorders. My mission is to help clients navigate formative life phases and events. I aim to destigmatize mental healthcare for individuals of all walks of life.
