Hi! My favorite part of therapy is walking my client through life’s different situations and observing, evaluating, and healthily responding to them. I typically take an integrative & person-centered approach, as each client is unique and needs treatment tailored to their personality, life experiences, and needs. I also utilize DBT and CBT modalities to assist client’s in making the necessary changes to move them closer to their ideal self and life.
