About

I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in Georgia. I have previously worked in acute hospitalization and partial hospitalization settings and have worked with individuals who required intensive treatment for mental health symptoms. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, and conflict in their relationships.

My approach to therapy is client centered and I work to provide a safe space so that individuals are able to make progress on sensitive topics. I approach therapy with warmth and understanding so that my clients feel comfortable dealing with difficult issues. I use a combination of narrative therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive behavior techniques while using a strengths based approach so that my clients can focus on how they are able to create change in their own lives.

My goal is to help my clients feel supported and secure while they are working on creating positive changes in their own lives. Adversity is a part of life, but that does not mean that we have to face it alone. I help individuals to work towards their goals while creating a healthy environment for them to do so.
