Greetings! I am so glad you are here and exploring participating in therapy services. My name is Brianna, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College and have been in the therapy field for the last 8 years. I work with Children, Adolescents and Adults as well as families and specialize in treating Anxiety and Depressive Disorders, Trauma, Mood/ Behavior, and Family Systems work. I most commonly use Narrative Therapy, ACT and Trauma Informed- CBT approaches with my clients as well as Art and Play Therapy. I take an individualized approach with each client or family, and strongly believe in forming a strong base of trust and transparency with all of my clients. I approach therapy from a place of sincerity and compassion, believing all clients have unique gifts and strengths. We will work collaboratively to tailor sessions to your needs and goals, placing high importance on openness, stability, and authenticity in the therapy relationship at all times.
