My greatest passion is to make a difference in people’s lives by providing the guidance to become their best selves. I specialize in addiction and substance abuse. There is not a specific modality that fits every person, so my educational background has armed me with the necessary skills to use different modalities, such as CBT, MBCT, reality therapy, and positive psychology. Meeting each person where they are and structuring the therapeutic approach to fit the person’s needs are what I thrive for.
